Where do I go to download the latest drivers for my graphics hardware?

I'm not sure which of the drivers on Intel's site I need to get. I am wanting to upgrade the drivers for my laptop since they haven't been updated in quite some time.

Here are some general specs of the graphics hardware:

Mobile Intel(R) 945 Express Chipset Family
- Memory 256 MB
- Memory Type 2
- Driver Version 8.15.10.1912

Also, this laptop was not custom built. It is the Toshiba A205-S4707. It was purchased over two years ago.

Hopefully someone will be able to help me out.
