what's on my computer?

I'm wanting to build on to my dell, and i'm aware that I can only have specific things put into it, considering it's made by a company and not custom, but i don't know exactly what all the plugins and slots are on the back of the pc, and wondered if there was a place where I can find out what they all are. I can't find the booklets or anything considering it's older and i lost the booklets, but I want to know what all the slots and such do. so if anyone can help, thnx

Model Number? You said its older, that means you should just build a new rig.
