Default What's a good LCD Monotor under $100

Need to buy a LED backlit LCD Monitor for an old PC, HDMI not needed.
size 15" to 21", size does not matter much, just need to pick the one with the best image quality under $100 & preferably 16:9 aspect ratio.

I asked this question because, Just searching on newegg alone, made me unsure what to pick ?

LCD Monitors - Newegg.com

Could somebody give some suggestions, as to why one is better than the other ?

Here's a good option.

ASUS VS Series VS197D-P Black 18.5" 5ms LED Backlight Widescreen LCD Monitor 250 cd/m2 ASCR 50000000:1 - Newegg.com

When you're at that price you're at the mercy of whatever gives the best specs for the price. Just go with a good reputable brand like Asus, Samsung, NEC, or Dell and you're set.
