Default What's CAS 2.5 Mean?

I Bought 1GB RAM kit off the net and in the description it says it's: Corsair VS1GBKIT400 1024MB (2x 512MB Kit) Value Select PC-3200 DDR RAM, 184-pin, CAS 2.5

What is CAS 2.5?

Any answers will be appreciated. Thank you.

I believe that is the amount of time in miliseconds it takes to refresh the RAM.

I think.

The smaller the number the better, obviously.

It is the CAS latency of the RAM. Lower is better.
