What's the best sub $100 GPU

I'm in the middle of trying to buy a house and have been really busy and haven't had a ton of free time to research this, A computer I built a long time ago now belongs to his kids for WOW and other game like this but the GPU died out on it and he called me for help, He wants a new GPU but doesn't want to spend over $100, What card will perform best for under $100 I was thinking a R7 250 would fit the bill but figured I'd ask here and see what you all recommend.

That's a hard budget to work with, however if you can manage the extra 13 bucks or so (I think you get free shipping with prime) it would benefit you best.

Actually this card is a much better buy for the money than the 250 or the 650 and is within budget.

Actually yes, that card is better. Dunno how I didn't see that earlier and a $15 rebate w/ Free shipping.
