Default what will motherboard take

i have a a8r mvp asus motherboard and x2 x850 pe graphics cards if i was chooseing to buy lets say a 7900gt whould that be possable because i have a ati chipset in my mobo i know it will sound stupid to most people

itl work fine just like ati cards work with the nf4 chipsets.
Setup no longer here.... need new one....
