What Should I Next Upgrade?

I have recently built my own computer at the end of January, I would like to upgrade again.

These are my current specs.
Operating System: MS Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit SP1
CPU: AMD Athlon II X2 250 Regor 45nm Technology
RAM: 8.00 GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 534MHz (8-8-8-20) (Corsair Vengeance Black)
Motherboard: MICRO-STAR INTERNATIONAL CO.,LTD 870-C45 (MS-7599) (CPU 1)
Graphics: 1080A (1920x1080@60Hz) ATI Radeon HD 5700 Series (XFX Pine Group)
Hard Drives: 156GB Seagate ST3160812AS ATA Device (SATA)
488GB Hitachi Hitachi HDP725050GLA360 ATA Device (SATA)
Optical Drives: HL-DT-ST DVD-RAM GH22LP20 ATA Device
Audio: AMD High Definition Audio Device

What do you think? and what need's upgrading?

Need a few details. What you intend on doing with the PC, and your budget. Then we can cater to your needs.
If you are a gamer, I'm going to say the CPU and probably GPU.
