what PSU do you recommend ?

No other brand has ever been proven better or more durable than PC Power and Cooling. Antec and Seasonic are also quite good but PC Power and Cooling is unquestionably the best.

How about this? I was looking tigerdirect because I can go get it in store plus maybe ask them some things since I plan on doing upgrades and possibly using the PSU I get now in a new rig next year

All way out of my price range originally stated in first post I am looking to spend no more than 60$ the corsair HX and TX are in the 100$ range and are for enthusiast
