Default What Geforce is = to What ATI?

How do you tell whats a good card for ATI. i can read Nvidia but idk wut ATI's is. I'm lookin in particular for something equal to a 6600GT or 6800XT.

For AGP, the 6600GT would compete with a 9800XT (it would actually beat the 9800XT, but they're in the same ballpark), X800 vanilla.
