I really, REALLY encourage you to go AMD if you plan not to overclock.

I agree. You can get a 4600+ which really preforms well at stock for $80:

I don't live in the states so newegg is kinda useless to me. Like they are a good computer liqudstor if you live in the states. However we want to stick to Intel. Also from the computer store where we are planning to get it from, they sell the Intel processors cheaper then the AMD's and cost is something that we are is taken into consideration.
