what to do?

my parts should be arriving tommorow. i pretty much know how to put everything together.. but other than the building part.. what else do i have to know? i read alot about BIOS settings. i have no idea what that means. is there anything i need to know about that? my question pretty much is whats everything i need to know about putting this pc together. (such as jumpers, bios, drivers, etc)

Refer to your motherboard manual once it arrives, that's how I went through all the jumper and bios settings. The instructions should be quite clear.
