your link doesnt work.
you need to list the individual parts and their linked web pages.
also, don't place your faith in mail-in rebates. it sucks, but you hardly ever get the correct paperwork, and really it is more of a hassle than it is worth.
as you are busy spending time building and tweaking your new rig, lol

Well dude, great build, here's what I'd do-

C2D 6300 $187.00- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819115005

ASUS P5B-E LGA $150.99- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131070

OCZ Gold Series 2GB (2x1gig) $189.99- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820227045

Seagate Barracuda 80gig $44.99- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822148148

GIGABYTE GeForce 7950GT 512MB $299.99- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814125046

XION II Case w/ 450W PSU $64.99 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811208008

LITE-ON Black $35.99-

So you have 32ish left. You could opt for a bigger hard drive.

I wouldn't do that. You need a quality power supply, and 80gb HDD is small.

Just seriously, go with the build that coke gave you up at the top, it's the best.
