Default What can my mobo handle?

Hi im new to these forums and looks like a great sorce of tech.

Now my question is that i have an nf7-s mobo with a 2.8ghz xp+ running around 2.1 and im wanting to know what my mobo can handle as i want to upgrade my cpu to maybe somthing in the 3ghz area.

Any help would be appretiated.

the fastest Athlon XP at stock is a 3200+ which has a 400MHZ FSB
and your board supports a 400MHZ FSB

but you won't see a whole lot of difference
