What is the best microhpone for speech recognition?

Hey guys,

I'd like to use Vista's speech recognition and need a good mic. Anyone have an idea what mic is good for this?

This one seems highly rated from a couple sites, anyone use it?

Also does it matter what sound card I have? I saw a microhpone site selling a usb sound card that would bypass my system's sound card when using the mic. Not sure if it's worth it or not.

Sorry, I don't have a mic, haven't ever tried speech recognition software.... used to have a headset with a mic, but the cord was eaten..... cats.... grrrr.
