For OEM drives you just get the bare drive. No extras. It's what 99% of us buy.

Whatever can I get a decent hybrid for less than 80?
What do you guys think of velociraptors?

I have a Raptor X and they were a great option back in the day, but SSDs and even hybrids are better options. A hybrid like Seagate Momentus XT will be cheaper (per Gb) and noticeably faster in most scenarios. An SSD will be more expensive (per Gb) and much, much faster.
