Default Western Digital Elements External HDD

Hey all,

I just found a 1TB WD Elements external HDD for $177 + shipping (that's Australian dollars, by the way) from a supplier near me. This is certainly alot cheaper than their My Book range. Since I'm looking for a no-frills external hard disk, this would be perfect for me.

Now, does anybody have one of these? What's your opinion?

Woah $177 is great for a WD 1TB, the closest we have at my work is a Maxtor 1TB for $198.

Yeah dont worry, go for it.

That's what I thought too. You'd struggle to buy a drive and an enclosure for that I'd reckon.....
