They already are. THe 750ti takes less power and is more powerful than both of those.

Will it run with my current rig? I think a GPU is more simpler and cheaper, then a whole MOBO and CPU upgrade.

The one I linked is the TI version, A bit more powerful and will play at higher settings.

The 750ti is closer to GTX 660 performance and is more of a balance to your machine than getting 300 bucks worth of new CPU/mobo and pairing it with a really old G92 chip.
