Wanting to upgrade?

Well this is my current PC.

GFX Card - Ati X1050


I want to upgrade my graphics card and ram so I can play games that are being released today, and not 2 years ago... How would I go about doing it? What should I buy? I have no idea what to do at all.

Well those specs are pretty dated which makes me assume that the motherboard and power supply are too dated to do any upgrades at all.

Probably be best to save for a new computer all together.

But what you want to spend depends on what games you want to play and on what resolution.

Well it's just money that I recieved from christmas. £110, nothing at all.
