Default Want to build my first PC

I have picked out the stuff I need and would like to get some feedback on my choices, my budget is set to around 700$ so keep that in mind.
The links of all the things I'm going to use are below. Advice and info is appreciated.
Edit: It will be running BulletXP for its OS.

Pentium D is a bad choice. You could get an E2180 and overclock it for cheaper than that, and it would smash it into the ground.

I think you'll regret the $15 PSU... I'd get something better.

I also wouldn't get Micro ATX, unless you're specifically trying to get a small form factor computer.

Also... what's BulletXP?

Taken from a website:
Quote:
Title: BulletXP OS - Designed for Gaming

Description: This Is BulletXPg. This is the successor to Chron0S, the more successful os of the three i have made. This Operating System runs on 40 (+ or - 5 mb.) and includes modified and improved regtweaks from eXPerience, the creator of TinyXP. This operating system runs smoother then Chron0S, is SP2, Sound and installation works, nearly all common devices left!! I learned from my mistakes thanks to the Demonoid Community who have replied and criticized my previous operating systems. This is meant to be a true Gamer OS. Shutdown time on this operating system under VM ware is 5 seconds!! Boot time is estimated to around 7 seconds. This is based on the student license to pass the WGA so its legitz!! I don't know what to say besides this because if you tried Chron0S and liked it yur gonna love it, if you tried it and didn't like somethings, everything addressed is fixed, and the start bar is there unlike Racer XP. Networking works like always, and runs much faster in my experience. This is a 12 Process edition and only English everything is left, don't bother me with languages, i wont respond. This is made with nlite 1.2 RC2 one of the greatest programs ever and the installation is fully unattended!! Enjoy yourselves with this release and remember bullets can kill people!!!
Also, help me pick new things from the neweggs website?

Edit:
How does this PSU look?

I'd get this one, but it's out of stock at the moment:
Newegg.com - FSP Group (Fortron Source) SAGA+ 400R ATX12V 400W Power Supply 120/220 - 240v NEMKO, TUV, CSA, IEC, UL, CE - Retail

Also, it seems your motherboard does not support your DDR2 800 RAM. I'd pick a different motherboard, preferably one using the P35 chipset.

Rule of thumb, never put a PSU in your PC that cost the same amount as a plate at The Outback Steakhouse

Corrected:

Incorrect reference.

Total: $605.89 ($565.89 after Mail-In-Rebates)
(This price does *not* include a monitor)

This machine should beat yours by a decent amount. The great thing about the E2180 processor I selected is that it can be overclocked to (over) 3.0 GHz without an after-market heatsink & fan. It is highly recommended that you try overclocking it even if you have no experience in overclocking, as you can get quite a bit of performance out of it for free. Don't let the lower clock speed confuse you, even at default speed it should be on par (if not better) with that Pentium D.

I didn't like the monitor you selected... but wasn't really able to find a suitable replacement... so that's why I didn't include one in the price.

I'm also sorry for coming so close to your budget. There are a few changes that could make it a little cheaper, if you'd like.
