Question Vista to XP

Ok.Friend has laptop(Acer) but cd=rom broke.Any way to transfer XP to a thumbdrive to install on his computer,if so,need to know steps on doing so.I have on my PC a good burner program.Thanks in advance

That's not going to be your big problem, you have to make sure his laptop has drivers for XP.

Go to Acer's website and look up the specific model, look at the drivers, and see what support they have for XP.

Thank you.Main question is,Can XP be copied to a thumb drive so he can install XP from that to his Laptop??
