Viewsonic VE910B

Just wondering if anyone's even heard of this monitor?

From what I've gathered it's a 19" monitor, the contrast ratio is 550:1 and response time is 8ms. It's just that the 910 suggests to me it's a really old model, probably of poor quality.

Anyone know anything about it? or have suggestions?

i think EIZO S1910 is much better whose price is not much higher

if you dont care of the response time, Dell FP1905 is a good choice

i would say, try to get one with a higher contrast ratio around 700:1

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I was asking about that monitor cuz it was apparently being sold for 176 CAD and my friend was hesitating whether to buy it or not.

As for myself I'm actually looking for more than 19". Right now I have my eyes set on the Dell 2005FPW. About the only bad thing I've heard is that it suffers quite a bit of backlight bleeding (or is this an issue with all LCDs?).

Just waiting for its price to drop more
