Default Video Card for Used PC

I bought a used Tower off of Amazon (yes, I know, I should of built one..). It was a good price, and I only need it to feed my EverQuest addiction. I already have 2 PC's going with it, and wanted my laptop for other things around the house. Anyway, I already ordered new memory, and I am looking to get a new Vid Card in there.

I did a Scan from Can You Run It, just so I could compare and see the minimum for the game;
Video Card
Minimum: 32 MB Video Card (NVIDIA GeForce 256+/ATI Radeon 7500 or greater)
You Have: Intel(R) 82945G Express Chipset Family
Click here for the latest Video Card drivers.
Features: Minimum attributes of your Video Card
Required You Have
Video RAM 32 MB 256.0 MB
3D Yes Yes

Desktop Tower: Product Support

The VGA I am using is just the standard on board at the moment.

I was hoping to keep it between $50-$60. If that's too cheap, IDK. I work with Tech all day and couldn't tell you Video Cards or Processors to save my life. Hoping you guys can help me out with this. Thanks guys!!

Both of them are about as "big" as the other. Don't take this the wrong way, but they are both kinda **** were reputation is concerned. Thing is, with that budget there really wasn't much to go on.
