Default Video card upgrade

So at the moment, my systems running a geforce 4 ti 4200 128mb card. A guy I work with is able to get me a deal on an extra card hes got lying around. Its an "Apollo 6800 128-RD Geforce 6800 128MB DDR" Has anybody had any experiance with this card? Would it be a worthwhile upgrade over what im running now?

Assuming that 6800 is AGP then it should work fine.

It will be a big improvement!
