The 2600Pro is the most powerful of those listed.

The ATI Radeon 2600PRO is the best one on there 512 is the way to go some games I am playing require that you have 512 video card. Example: UT3 and EWN2.

You could pick something up like this which is top of the line for AGP.

Newegg.com - HIS Hightech H385Q512ANP Radeon HD 3850 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 AGP 4X/8X HDCP Ready IceQ 3 Turbo Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards

This one is cheaper:

Newegg.com - SAPPHIRE 100228L Radeon HD 3850 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 AGP 4X/8X HDCP Ready Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards

As long as it fits into the slot on your motherboard, I can't see why DDR2 wouldn't work... I've never heard of anything like that before though, so I could be wrong.

That's the memory of the card. Only the card uses it... it has no effect on what type of memory your motherboard uses.

So, yes, you can use it even though it is DDR2.

Canada Computers - Video Cards > AGP Graphics Cards : Sapphire ATI RADEON HD 2600 PRO 512MB DDR2 Dual Display 8x AGP Graphics Card.

Might be a little bit cheaper after shipping costs, and whatnot.
