Default Video Card for less than 50

I want to buy a video card for less than 50 but i dont know whats the best one ..

I have a i3-4330 3.5 Ghz , my motherboard is a Asus H81M-A Intel H81 SK1150 and 4G of RAM.

I have a AMD Radeon HD 3450 256mb so im using the integrated card /Intel HD 4600 )

Can someone help me?

You're not going to get much performance out of a card that is only €50. If you are wanting to game, continue to use the IGP and save up about €100 to get something that is at least decent. Either that, or look at used stuff.

I think my power supply only has 350 Watts , i need to buy another power supply if i want to buy a good video card right?

No. If you could do 137 you could get a 750ti which would run fine paired with the i3 on a 350w PSU, even if it's from a pre-built.

For that small budget, you are not getting great performance for price. I wouldn't even bother.
