Angry Video Card Issue

I have a userwave2 mobo that is being a complete mofo!! Board came with a gforce tnt2 pos vid card(agp). I am trying to upgrade to a gforce 5500 256m pci card. For some reason it keeps reverting back to the old agp card. Went into setup on reboot and it does not have the option to choose whether to use agp or pci for video.....hhhheeeellllppp

First take out the agp card. If it is integrated then just disable it in bios. There should be an option to disable the integrated videocrd if itis integrated. Second once the agp card is removed then when you plug in the the pci card and boot up it should just use the pci card.

if you have an agp slot, you should buy an agp vid card - much better than pci.

I second that but based on what he said I assume he already bought the pci fx5500.
