Video card compatible with motherboard

Hey everyone. I have a 530s inspiron. I would like to know how do i know what video card would fit in my motherboard. The 530s is a slim, but i have a new case, so the size (in terms of height) of the video card isnt a problem. Also i have 450 watts of power supply. Thanks.

You have 1 PCI-E 16x slot, so you can fit a PCI-E graphics card in there.

Thanks. I just feel like their are soo many video cards out there. Like is their a way to look at it's specs and determine if the video card is good. Because everytime i see one, i have to search reviews, or customer feedback on the product. thanks.

What is your budget? You can't get any of the high end cards due to your PSU. The best you could get is probably a 650 or 660.

Yea, i figured the PSU would be an issue. I have a dell, and went to their website to see what they have to offer for my specific computer. I was thinking maybe this. Is this considered high end, like would i be able to play games that are out today?

Like would i be able to buy a new PSU and put it in my computer, because i just looked at the tech specs and it says recommended power supply is 350watts, but mine is 250watts. thanks.

Thank you soo much, i really had this feeling that that video card wasnt good. The video card that you showed me says minimum power supply is 400watts. Mine is 250watts. so i should get a new supply that can withstand the 400wats right? thanks.
