which video card company?

Ok so im planning on upgrading to a 6800gs pci-e. I know newegg used to have it for about 200 but its probably sold out. which company's 6800gs would be the next best one to get?

Unless someone knows a place where I can get a 6800gs for a decent price, Im gonna have to stick with one of these... I should have bought it when it was on sale.. dam..

Get the xfx it comes factory overclocked.

factory overclocked means the lifespan of the card is the same as others but has faster speeds also? or did they just overclock it for those who dont want to void their warranty.
