i have this picked so far

eVGA 064-TC-2N26-SX Geforce 6200 LE TC Supporting 256MB(64MB On-Board) 32-bit GDDR2 PCI Express x16 Video Card

ASUS A8N5X Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 ATX AMD Motherboard

Kingston HyperX 1GB (2 x 512MB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Unbuffered DDR 400 (PC 3200) Dual Channel Kit System Memory

i was trying to trim my cost but actually just went up about $30 on the memory to get better on it cause the vidoe card will be "sharing"

can anyone enlighten me on what the numbers mean on the motherboard ? i know socket number. is the other number just a designation and if there is a revision that series of numbers will go up ?
