Default video card ) cheapest ? (

i need a cheep video card for nothing but surfing net, no games, just to go with a MSI K8N Neo4-F Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 ATX AMD Motherboard. the system will have 1GB memory. i want a good card to last me for a first time build till i can save for a good card if i do want to get into gaming later. i just need to trim all i can form my build and go ahead and get it cause the junk i'm on now is so bad.

"Cheap" and "good" are not synonymous. Be more specific. How much would you like to spend? You can get video cards from pocket change to almost a grand.

Here ya go:
eVGA 064-TC-2N26-SX Geforce 6200 LE TC

That'll last you a while for a non-gaming computer. Even for gaming for not-brand-new games, you should be ok.

now i need to trim down my PSU http://www.newegg.com/product/produc...82E16817103931 . i think that maybe the last area i can trim on.

Well,

one of the reviews says stiff cords, due to price.

And one is DOA

so it's your choice...

DOA happens it doesnt really mean its a bad product.I've had Dfi boards come DOA.Anything can come DOA.But that card should be able to play CS:S and HL:2.
