Which video card is better?

Can you help me decide between these three? It's what I can afford.

1) PowerColor Radeon X800GTO 256MB GDDR3
(400Mhz core, 490Mhz(x2) memory, 12 pipelines)

2) PowerColor Radeon X1600PRO 512MB DDR2
(500Mhz core, 400Mhz(x2) memory, 12 pipelines)

3) Gigabyte GeForce 6600GT 128MB GDDR3
(500Mhz core, 500Mhz(x2) memory, 8 pipelines)

Which one is better? The intended system includes an Athlon64 X2 3800+ with 1GB DDR2.

X800GTO. It's got more pipes to play with but it isn't VS 3.0 compliant... not really a big deal though. and that one can be unlocked to 16 pipes...

I second aliasaid....1st one FTW. Willeh.....just because the second has like 512mb doesn't mean that it is better. It only has DDR2 memory compared the other two with GDDR3. Also the 2nd one is 128-bit memory interface and the 1st one is 256-bit.

Yeah, my money was on the X800GTO as well, mainly because of the memory interface. My current card doesn't even have shaders, so I think I can survive with 2.0 shaders =).
