Ok didn't mean to overly bump this topic but this is the last one, I'd only push this far possibly for a video card.

Can the Sea Sonic 520w power this? (not just specifically this card but any 280x)

and my specs just incase:
i5 3570k @3.4ghz
2x 4gb (probably just a common speed)
1 tb 7200 rpm
no ssd
1x optical drive
3x fans their kinda big one is facing my gpu and one shoots out the back above my gpu and one pulls air in i think at the very front of my case

Except if theirs supposed to be a 4th fan at the top I don't have that.
