Default Video card

What would be a video card that could get all my gaming settings very high on most of the games without lag but is not like the best of the best. is there one like that under 200 dollars?

My computer uses 1.5A-load, .8A-idle, .65A-standby, .05A-turned off on 125V.

Specs are:
Processor Am Athlon 64 processor 3500+ MMX, 3DNow, 2.2GHz
Memory:1022MB RAM
how would i find if i use pci or anything like that.
Any more specs i need, prob alot but i dont know.
