Video Capture Card Question

I need a video capture card for my computer that has composite in so that I can play xbox on my computer. It needs to be usb or pcmcia seeing as this is a laptop. I have an ATI all-in-wonder card in my desktop but it has significant lag when using the composite in that I can not seem to fix. Does anyone have any suggestions for a good one that doesn't have lag for my laptop?

I would but this is a laptop and as for the desktop i would but im getting a TV so who cares.
