Video Capture Card???

My cousin has satellite and I was wondering if I need a tv tuner card or a video capture card?

A tv tuner card is what you need.

since its satellite, you'll only be able to change the channels through the receiver. all you can do with your computer is watch, and record... so all you'd need is a capture card... i don't think you'd need a tuner card.
