Default VC & Ram help

I decided to just upgrade my ram and vc instead of building a new rig cause of the price.

Ram is DDR 400 or DDR2 533 I've got two options

and for VC it's AGP but anything is an upgrade since I'm running a 9200 XD

opinions wanted to what I should get for those upgrades. Thanks

BTW I'm running an Ultra x-c 500w I don't know if that's enough amps, I've got 2 backup psu's if needed
