USB 2.0 ports

I have a BIOSTAR GEFORCE 6100-M9 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard and a POWMAX Bio II CP601-1 Black Computer Case With Side Panel Window - Retail. I am trying to hook up the front USB 2.0 ports and audio ports that are in the front of the computer case, but I can't seem to find where to plug in the two sets of cables that are in the case can someone help????? Pleaseeeeeeeee?????

OK, I got the USB port connected but when I put something in the port windows gives me this error message,

"One of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it. For assistance in solbing this problem , click this message."

Do any of you have any solutions to my problem, please help need to sell this computer,
