Default Uprading the Neighbor

Okay so my neighbor came to me today asking for computer help. They bought a game for their son, 18 Wheels of Steel Extreme Trucker 2, to run on their Dell Inspiron 530 with a Quad Core 2.4 GHz machine. However they got this error message after installation about video problems. I updated their video drivers but I'm afraid they can't run the game off the G44/45 chipset forcing them to upgrade to an actual card. They only have a 250 W power supply in the machine as well so I probably need to upgrade that too.

They don't want to spend a lot of money so what would be a good recommendation for both a 500 W power supply and a new graphics card? Remember I'm looking for both quality products but for a good price.

Any help is appreciated.

Antec is about the cheapest, good manufacturer.

Newegg.com - Antec EarthWatts EA-500D Green 500W ATX12V v2.3 / EPS12V 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply

As for graphics, i'm not all sure. I'll leave that to the next man.

Newegg.com - SILVERSTONE ST50F-ES 500W ATX12V v2.3 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply

Newegg.com - OCZ ModXStream Pro OCZ500MXSP 500W ATX12V V2.2 / EPS12V SLI Certified CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply compatible with core i7

Newegg.com - Antec BP550 Plus 550W Continuous Power ATX12V V2.2 80 PLUS Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply

All good PSUs.

Newegg.com - SAPPHIRE 100254HDMI Radeon HD 4650 1GB 128-bit DDR2 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card

That should handle the game.

Thanks for the recommendations, however the graphics card you posted has now gone out of stock. Could you recommend another one with similar quality and price?
