So I plan on upgrading my video card during the holiday seasons, I want to know which video card I should get in order to run all the games out to date on high settings, and it must be able to max out Diablo 3, I know it's not out yet but I'm sure it can't be more graphically demanding than BF3 right? Also, will my other components hold my video card back? I know my pc is quite old what do you guys suggest I replace (if need be)? I'm really trying to keep a low budget so I'm hoping a video card is all I need, I'm afraid that you guys will tell me my motherboard don't even support modern video cards or what not lol. I'm willing to spend $150 more or less on the video card which I hope can maintain at a steady 70 fps, or no lower than 60 fps @ 1920 x 1080 res (24" widescreen).

Thanks!

That is going to be more of a limiting factor than any of your hardware.
The best I could find around that budget is an XFX HD 6870.
It will more than likely max D3 based on current system reqs (here), but I don't think it will be maxing BF3.

Thanks for the reply, alright so this is what I've come up with, get the 560 ti if there is a very good deal during boxing day, if not then settle with the 6850. My questions are, is the 6870 worth that $30 more over the 6850? Are these the best cards to choose from in that price range or is there a better card for the equivalent price? And will my CPU bottleneck any of these cards? Because I forgot where I read it but I remember reading something about if your CPU is not as good as your video card, your video card performance will be limited? Is my processor good enough?

The only other card I would consider around that price would be a GTX 560 (non Ti) which should fall somewhere around a 6870 performance wise.
Your CPU shouldn't be a bottleneck, or at least not noticeably. Worse comes to worse you can always overclock it a little bit.
