Default Upgrading Video Card, need help

I am going to upgrade to: This

I know that I also must upgrade my Power Supply, as it is only 250 watts. I was looking at: This

My Computer Specs are:

CPU-Z

Processor
Name : AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400+ 2.3GHz
Code Name: Brisbane
Core Speed: 2299.0 MHz (11.5 x 199.9 MHz)
Bus Speed: 199.9 MHz

Motherboard
Maunufacturer: Acer
Model: RS740DVF

Memory
Type: DDR2
Size: 2048 MBytes

DirectX Diagnostic Tool

DirectX Version: DirectX 10

Display Tab
Device
Name: ATI Radeon 2100
Chip Type: ATI Radeon 2100 (0x796E)
Approx. Total Memory: 1407MB

So, I need to know if I need anything else upgraded, other than the Power Supply.

Default Re: Upgrading Video Card, need help

Newegg.com - XFX HD-485X-YDFC Radeon HD 4850 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards
$25 more, but a whole lot more card and a lifetime warranty.

Check the PSU guide for the best brands of PSUs:
*READ FIRST* Power Supply Guide
Apevia is listed as a brand to avoid.
