Default Upgrading PSU for pre-built PC.

Hello! Just made an account because I'm on the verge of buying a new PSU and am really in need of expert advice on what PSU to buy.

Newegg.com - HP Pavilion P6310F(AY018AA#ABA) Athlon II X4 630(2.8GHz) 6GB DDR3 1TB NVIDIA GeForce 9100 Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

That's my system with an added BFG Geforce 9800 GT 512MB GPU. That computer is really nice, but the previous owner of that card stated zero fan problems. Even while playing games on highest settings it never got loud for him. It gets loud for me even while browsing the web.

I took the GPU out of my computer before I made an account, because I'd like to have a working PC by the time I get an answer ( I know it sounds like I'm being paranoid, but I've RMA'd once and the wait was annoying ). What's a PSU that would make all of my components have plenty of power and be in the 25-35 dollar price range? Also one that would actually FIT in the computer since I have now idea how to see if one can fit.

Thanks for your time and hope to get an answer if you have time to help.
