Well most boards do not support any Black Edition CPU's natively... so update your BIOS and you should be fine with a X2 5400+ Black Edition

You can't overclock in it (unless its an H2C), but you can do other stuff

Based on what Dell says yes, but definitely not natively, flash your BIOS to the latest version

Check Dell's site, they should have step-by-step on how to do it

I went to Dell's site and they got me to Download some BIOS install thing...Made it go from 1.1.4 to 1.1.11. What now?
