No, a 550 would be fine with what you are using... Just because it is rated at 550 watts doesn't necessarly mean that it will be running power power all the time... It will allow for future expandability too, supports SLI.
EDIT: The PSU won't INCREASE your gaming performance, but it will allow the components to be able to reach their potential without worrying about any lack of power issues... Also, a good quality PSU like the TruePower is less likely to introduce power spikes to the hardware which could cause a problem.
