to install a SATA HDD and a PCI-E graphics card you will need
SATA data cable
SATA power cable (from your PSU)
SATA socket (on the motherboard)
PCI-E slot (on the motherboard)
PCI-E power cable (6 pin from the PSU, you might need two of these)
you will also need to make sure the new equipment fits into the case
empty 3.5" HDD space
clearance for the card (they are both large, tall cards)
just a heads up before you spend a whole lot of money.
