Upgrading my PC

So, I am starting to get a little more into PC gaming. I would like to make a few upgrades to my PC to bump the graphics up a bit, make it a little more enjoyable. Here is what I have going on right now:

What would be the first few things to upgrade? I was thinking maybe the graphics card? Just replace the one I have right now? It already has as much RAM as it's going to get.

Also, I know building my own would be the best thing to do. I don't have that kind of money right now =)

You can toss a graphics card in there but you'll be pretty held back by the CPU depending on what you want to play and how good of a GPU you get. You also have constraints from the PSU wattage as well. The best I'd say you could get is a GTX 950.
