Upgrading my PC

Hello, I am looking to get some upgrades for my computer.

Current specs:

• Windows 7 Ultimate x64
• Intel Core i5 760 2.80GHz
• 2GB DDR3 RAM @ 668MHz
• ASUS P7P55D-E LX (mobo)
• ATI Radeon 5700
• 1.5TB, 500GB hard drives

I'm looking to upgrade to a 128GB SSD, 8GB RAM, new mobo, and a new case.
Unless someone can reeeally convince me, I want to stick with my current CPU/graphics card. Can't afford to spend too much on this. Also for why i'm wanting to upgrade my mobo, its because my current one has been having on/off booting issues and RAM issues (only recognizes 2GB despite me having 4GB).

Using it for fairly intensive gaming, mainly for Guild Wars 2, TF2, Starcraft 2 as well.

CPU is ok, but the graphics card could help a lot unless you're ok with lower settings.

Can understand on the mobo. Thing is, to save pennies you could get a single 8GB stick of 1600 and not need a mobo.
