Default Upgrading my pc

I just recently reinstaled my costom desktop computer and i thought if i reinstaled it would speed up a little, but it didnt. I plan on buying a new Cpu, Cpu Fan along with that, and a new motherboard. Id also like to keep it under $200.

If u have any names of parts i should look for please post them. I'm not good with specs on the sizes of fans and such so i need a little bit of help with that.

Current specs:
Windows Xp Pro Sp3
AMD athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual 3800+
2.01 GHz, 2.00 GB of Ram
Geforce 8500+ Gt i belive is my card, i may be wrong

Piramary uses:
Small gaming, WoW and normal online activities.. music movies ext

Well, first off, post your current specs, and what you think you would like to upgrade, and I'm sure we can help. Include the operating system, and your primary uses as well.

thanks fat, i was accualy thinking that exact cpu+board combo, would it be for wow gaming+multi tasking?
