Upgrading my pc

I just recently reinstaled my costom desktop computer and i thought if i reinstaled it would speed up a little, but it didnt. I plan on buying a new Cpu, Cpu Fan along with that, and a new motherboard. Id also like to keep it under $200.

If u have any names of parts i should look for please post them. I'm not good with specs on the sizes of fans and such so i need a little bit of help with that.

Current specs:
Windows Xp Pro Sp3
AMD athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual 3800+
2.01 GHz, 2.00 GB of Ram
Geforce 8500+ Gt i belive is my card, i may be wrong

Piramary uses:
Small gaming, WoW and normal online activities.. music movies ext
