Question upgrading my pc

I want to upgrade my anthlon xp pc with a
new motherboard, processer, memory and video card.
I was wondering if the match ups below will work ok together.

ASUS M2N-SLI AM2 NVIDIA nForce 560 SLI MCP ATX AMD Motherboard

AMD Athlon 64 X2 4000+ Processor ADO4000IAA5DD - 2.10GHz
2 x 512KB Cache, 1000MHz (2000 MT/s) FSB, Brisbane,
Dual Core, OEM, Socket AM2, Processor

Asus EAX1950PRO/HTDP/256M Radeon X1950 Pro 256MB
PCI-Express Video Card w/Dual-DVI & HDTV-Out

OCZ TECHNOLOGY 2GB (2048MB) PLATINUM REVISION-2 PC6400
DDR2 800MHZ DUAL CHANNEL MEMORY (2 X 1024MB) - OCZ2P800R22GK

Default Re: upgrading my pc

AM2 = AM2, check

PCI-E=PCI-E, check

DDR2=DDR2, check

Looks like you're good to go. Just make sure your PSU will power the card... you may need to upgrade it as well.
