Yes i know it looks like i can't fit the GTS250, but theres still an extra 3 inches (my 8600GT is 6") and i can move my hard drive up the slots. so it should fit

The 40nm 4770 will be released on the 5th of May IIRC....if you can wait I'd say it's a perfect GPU for your setup.

The Radeon HD4770? how much would it be? How big would it be if it would fit? And it only consumes 80w?

It's on a $99 pricepoint, it should not be very big at all...and if I'm not mistaken I'm pretty sure it doesn't even need an external power connector.

Your motherboard has a AMD 740G chipset which should handle "Phenom / Athlon 64 X2 / Athlon 64 / Sempron". You should be good as it is a Athlon X2.
